Samuel Salcedo Spanish, 1975

Samuel Salcedo, who was born in Barcelona, studied Fine Arts at the University of Fine Arts in Barcelona and continued at Mannchester Metropolitan University in the UK. While working as an assistant to the well-known Spanish sculptor Jaume Plensa, he was able to develop his skills. 

Salcedo has had numerous important international exhibitions. His works are part of important prviate and institutional collections, such as Blumenfeld Collection (New York), Salsali Private Museum (Dubai), SOLO Collection (Madrid) and many other.

 

In Samuel Salcedo's oeuvre, human emotions take on a sculptural form. With his works, the Catalan sculptor,  attempts to capture the broad spectrum of human emotions, which find expression through the multifaceted play of facial expressions. 

Salcedo is not only a brilliant artist, but also a technical and technical genius.
